This was a painting Ive been doing for a while now. Just a little boy and his sister in a field.
took me 16 weeks about an hour per week.
The painting itself is based off from when my folks and uncles were little and the general views of allot of the places they played at were hilly. I kind of exaggerated a little with the rock cause when your a kid things seem very huge and when your older things turn out less menacing than you once thought.

The colors that you chose for the scenery look fantastic, especially all of the colors that you put into the rock. The shadows look great, and the setting look wonderful. The only thing I could comment on is to work on the anatomy of the two children you put in there. They look a little bit sloppy in comparison to the rest of the painting, which looks very well thought out and beautiful. Still a pretty scene though. Kudos, my dear!
